There are a couple different types of categories. They’re all listed below, with short descriptions. Please familiarize yourself with these categories and the rules before making any nominations.
Genres
Best Canon — A story featuring the boys as we know and love them.
Best Alternate Universe — A story that throws the boys into unknown territory.
Best Crossover — Features another celebrity, book, movie, etc.
Best Romance — Chick lit at its best.
Best Comedy — The one that leaves you rolling in the floor laughing.
Best Drama/Angst — The one that leaves you sobbing.
Best Horror/Suspense — The dark and mysterious plots.
Best Scifi/Fantasy — Stories that are literally out of this world.
Best Smut — The hottest of the hot stories.
Characters
Best Isaac — The best characterization of the guitar man.
Best Taylor — The best characterization of our leading man.
Best Zac — The best characterization of this real character.
Best Original Male — The fictional guy you either want to date or want a Hanson to date.
Best Original Female — The fictional girl you want to be.
Story
Best Collaboration — Two or more authors coming together to create something awesome.
Best Oneshot — The short story that leaves you longing for more.
Best Sequel — Just as good or even better than the original.
Best Series — The more stories the better!
Best Title — Most creative, funniest or most evocative; whatever it is, it’s perfect for the story.
Best Overall Story — The one story that leaves all the others in the dust.
